Information and Assistance specialists assist callers from throughout the area and across the nation by offering information, answering questions, and connecting them with referral agencies. Our well-trained and qualified specialists and Senior Health Insurance Program experts can answer questions regarding:
The Senior Information Line also screens prospective consumers for the Aging Commission’s menu of in-home Services programs. These programs include the Tennessee General Assembly funded OPTIONS for Community Living program, TennCare funded Home & Community-Based Services E/D Waiver program, and federally funded National Family Caregiver Support and Older Americans Act.
