Information Technology
Information technology department is responsible for installing, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software problems and ensuring state of the art software is made available to internal and external users. The staff provides on-site visits to service providers to assist with implementation of the data base software reporting system and ensure services provided are reported according to the TCAD (Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability) requirements. Additionally, the IT staff coordinates and schedules input and verifications of data from internal IT units as well as service providers. Staff accurately reports services provided for each service provider to the TCAD for their submission to the United States Administration on Aging. We also design, implement, and evaluate computer, web and software training for staff.
