More and more families are finding themselves in the position of providing care to the elder members of their family – sometimes at the same time as caring for the younger members of their family. Adjusting to the changing needs of all the individuals involved and how to get the help needed to meet these needs can be incredibly overwhelming. The Information and Assistance staff of the Aging Commission of the Mid-South, Inc. are available to discuss your situation with you and make referrals to the appropriate agency and community programs. The Administration on Aging website also offers a wealth of information for caregivers.
