HCBS E/D WAIVER PROGRAM

The HCBS E/D Waiver program provides in-home services for persons who qualify for nursing home care under Medicaid.  The project is administered by TennCare through an administrative contract with the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability and the nine Area Agencies on Aging and Disability throughout the State.

 The HCBS E/D Waiver includes the following services:

• Case Management
• Homemaker Services
• Personal Care Services
• Minor Home Modifications
• Personal Emergency Response Systems
• Home–Delivered Meals
• Institutional Respite Care
