Tennessee’s Options for Community Living Program provides consumers with home and community-based service choices.  Tennessee families want to care for loved ones at home for as long as possible.  The purpose of the Options program is to enable consumers to live independently in their own homes or in a community setting.  The Options program allows ready access to community resources to improve quality of life for consumers and caregivers.  The Options program is further intended to promote increased coordination in planning and consumer choices.
